What you need to do is to get the installation software to install the modem device that will be used to connect to Citycell. If it’s a huawei modem then you can get the driver from huawei website that is http://www.huawei.com or if its ZTE then from ZTE website. Once you get the driver, copy it to pen-drive or in a CD.

For huawei, the driver can be downloaded from http://www.huawei.com/mobileweb/en/doc/list.do?type=-1&id=5287 site, select the product, then select the download file, download should begin automatically. For example, this link http://www.huawei.com/mobileweb/en/file/download.do?f=21638&ctype=1 can be used to download EC 325 modem (Citycell usually provide this device) driver and software which is customized for Bangladesh.

Driver installation should be very simple, you will have setup.exe inside the folder. First connect the device to your computer (Citycell RIM should be attached to the device properly), run the setup file, finish it by clicking next->next etc. If any message comes then accept it or click on Yes. Once the hardware drive setup is done, you should get an icon on your desktop. Click on it and run the program. Go to connect module and provide #777 as dial number and “waps” as user name and password, then click connect. It should be connected. Now enjoy the Internet.
